What's Next?

We can't wait to finally say "I do" and officially kick off our life as a married couple! We're most looking forward to celebrating every single day and continuing to build a lifetime of memories. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.

Now let's party!

Welcome to the section where we share the hilarious, sweet, and slightly embarrassing details of how we got here. Our journey has been a perfect blend of late nights, creative work, a touch of magic, and a whole lot of laughter.

The Beginning

Our love story officially started at Marsh McLennan in December 2016. The surprising part? We discovered we were both alumni of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde's Multimedia Arts program, even though our paths never crossed on campus! We quickly bonded over shared design knowledge and a love for good food and drinks. Our early dates quickly established our favorite routine: going out for Korean BBQ and boba, mall hopping in Glorietta and Greenbelt, and settling in to watch the latest Marvel movies at the cinema.

Our First Duet

We knew things were serious when they got musical! At the Company Christmas Party, JM used the stage to make his interest known. He first took the microphone and sang "Sila" by SUD, which he dedicated to Tine. After finishing the song, he called Tine up to the stage to join him for a rousing duet of "With a Smile" by the Eraserheads. It was a bold, romantic move, and the first time we realized that facing the spotlight and life together was definitely more fun.

The Perfect Proposal

The journey to the perfect proposal was a comedy of errors, but the moment itself was pure romance. During our trip to Japan, JM struggled to find the perfect spot, but everything fell into place at Tokyo DisneySea. Knowing the bride's favorite movie is Tangled, he chose the Rapunzel Tower, a highlight of the park, for the grand moment. He finally bent the knee, making a somewhat funny travel struggle transform into the most beautiful, romantic memory.
